Absolutely unprofessional, ill mannered. They are the most horrible courier service providers. They will take work, take money but then throw tantrums like toddlers. They don't deserve even 1 star. They don't even have the sense to talk to customers. Typical uneducated, ill mannered, people working there. Don't waste your time, money there. There are many other better service providers. Avoid Maruti/Shree Maruti franchises atleast in Kolkata if you want peaceful service.
