Last 17th may 2017 went to Bhutan with Siddhartha Travel it was an amazing experience. Bhutan is a country of flowers and all the infrastructure of roads and its cleanliness was just wooooow. Punakha is the most attracted place from the others. Paro is the most beautiful than Thimpu. Apart from that the management of Siddhartha Travels was a good experience og my life. Rooms was very good all over the trip and the quality of food was totally homely feelings just wooooow, not only that behavior of the tour manager was soooo polite and friendly. I was wordless to see that how a manager was managing all the situations by own because not he that was a female. I was feeling proud to met her. All the trip it was an amazing experience with Siddhartha Travels.

I have visited Arunachal Pradesh in the month of April,2017 with my family with Siddhartha Travels. It was en joyful, comfortable, Flooding arrangement was satisfactory.
It was a very bad experience with this cheater. They offered 85K for my honeymoon package in Andaman without any tour at baratang. After asked, rhey asked for extra charge. Moreover, they are referring to another agency for inter transport. In summarised, they looted us and they are quite unproffessional.
WE HAVE VISITED THAILAND LAST YEAR DURING CHRISTMASS TIME. IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND WE ENJOYED A LOT WITH THEM. FROM KOLKATA AIRPORT THEIR MANAGER GUIDE US WITH ALL FORMALITIES AND IT WAS CONTINUE TILL COME BACK TO KOLKATA. AGAIN WE ARE GOING TO DUBAI WITH THEM IN THIS YEAR CHRISTMASS.
Please avoid this agency, travel alone or don't even go which is way better than ruining your perfect holiday experience with these bunch of wannabe tour operators. It was rather kind of me that I had given at least a star rating to this sub standard Travel Agency. I had traveled to Bhutan this year (October, 2016) and had a rather bad experience listed below, 1. On the first day we found that the tour manager appointed (Mr. Sanatan Dewan) wasn't actually the tour manager but was a helper of sorts. 2. The actual tour manager Mr. Nandi was an idiotic dolt or maybe a fraud altogether who had no idea how to manage a tour. From the itinerary to the hotels this guy had absolutely no idea what the heck was going on. In fact in Paro this guy comes to us and families having kids and surprises us by asking us to shift hotels with a 10 - 15 mins window. 3. Coming to the food it was almost the same menu everyday with Luchi / Dry Bread with Egg and Raw Banana in Breakfast and rice / Chicken in lunch. When asked to change menus Mr. Nandi seemed clueless about the facts. 4. Even the train booking was really awful with lack of adequate lower berths to the some passengers. Even to Travel to Alipurduar we had to switch trains at Malda town a mark of very poor tour arrangement. 5. In the end it is worth mentioning that there is 0 coordination between the tour party and their office not sure how many frauds like the one Mr. Nandi will be there to welcome you.
