Worst products being sold here. Got one sofa set which was full of termites and the products were to be thrown off. Never ever purchase anything from them

They sold me a sofa on 1st Nov when I went there to have a look on offers going on account of Diwali. Since I wanted the sofa for my home at Jamshedpur, they agreed saying that we deliver till Chhattisgarh and Jamshedpur is very nearby. They confirmed with their transporter also in front of me. Having got the confirmation, I made the payment and after 15 days I got a call saying that they cannot ship Centre Table since It was made of glass and requested me to carry in train.. I accepted the same. However today, On 2nd December, they called saying that the transporter is charging very high so they cannot ship it and wanted me to share the transport cost.. Finally they agreed to return my money in form of cheque.. They cheat their customers.. I knew that they would turn down from their commitment so I recorded our discussion and have decided to go to consumer court for the same.. Never buy anything from this shop...
