This place is a pathetic one. Most of their games are not working and which so ever is working, it is not calibrated. I would recommend you peeps the timezone at South City Mall. I don't know how can a gaming zone be so small and unworthy. It's like going there and wasting money.

Time Zone. The games are all working fine. Hope they remain that way. Minimum recharge is Rs 850(a little expensy) but its valid for a yr. and the money cannot be refunded. The latter part sucks.

"No service only money seeking policy" "Worst service" I am a gold Card Member. I go there ( timezone- acropolis) atleast 5-6 times in a month and spend a lot of money as my 4yr kid is having freaking interest in here. Before lockdown, the system were okay, some machine sometimes malfunctioned, but they usually took care well. Now, almost every system is malfunctioning and no-one bothers. On asking they keep on saying they have shortage of man power. But for how long. And what about the service? You can't just take money from us and in return u don't provide service saying u have shortage of manpower. I think the owner of the place is simply a money hungry dishonest person as like the staff. This place is going to be closed soon because majority chronic visitors like me don't have any faith anymore.

This is a fraud place they just cheat on people. They just take the chance of your festive mood. I went with my baby I asked them for 800 rupee package they gave me the 800 rupees card but they debited 1300 rupees from my account. I do have all those receipt with me.
