What a beautiful trip! Our guide MJ was amazing and the trip was incredible. Plenty to see and enjoy. We had a small issue with our car on the way back but the company remedied it and everything ended up perfectly well.

MJ was brilliant! Well organised tour, communication was superb, efficient and useful through WhatsApp (that's how we booked it) saw it advertised in lonely planet and was very reasonable for 2 foreigners for 2 nights compared to other companies we had spoken to before seeing this one. Food good quality and tasty, everything is included as described. Very pleased, office easy to find and uber located it straight away.

The trip to Sundaraband was great in many aspects. The agency works professionaly. They run their own eco village. The pricing is very fair. Our guide MJ ist among the best guides I have ever met. He creates an athmoshere of friendship without loosing his professional attitude. There are two points that make me giving 3 stars instead of 5. 1) Sustainability. TdS seems to make an effort for sustainability. Some of their houses are built with traditional materials. They employ local staff. However, their boats run on the worst diesel engines. A big part of the eco village is built with non-local material (the sorrounding villages are built more sustainably). Plastic is ombi-present at the village. We did not get the impression sustainability is a key priority for the owners. 2) Business practice. We booked our trip and it was confirmed. The owner contacted us the evening before the trip. Supposedly there were cancellations. The manager gladly accepted our offer to pay the small group fee. However, in the end there were other guests in our group. This leaves us with the feeling that there has never been a cancellation and that we unnecessarily overpaid.

Great, well organised and enjoyable tour of the Sunderbans Tiger reserve & local villages. We enjoyed all aspects of this tour; the boat safari through the Sunderbans spotting Crocodiles, deer, dolphins & Kingfishers, the walk through the beautiful village observing the local way of life and spotting birds and the evening folk music show. The food at the lodge was very good and the staff here great.

The entire tour from start to finish was outstanding. We didn't see the very rare tiger, but we saw everything else from crocs to birds to deer. Everyone was also very friendly and our host MJ was so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that our driver on the way back was insane, even for India. He made moves that literally threw us out of our seats on multiple occasions and at one point raced a truck who wouldn't let us pass. I'm almost positive this was a last moment third party replacement though and NOT a part of this group, so I'm not making it a part of my review. It's just a suggestion to the company for future reference!

An out-of-the-world experience. Ratings on Trip Advisor seems to under-rate the actual experience. These guys are the best. Booked it online going through the reviews and bet this experience my family would never forget. Trip started with MJ. Was a bit anxious, as the trip from pickup point-upto jetty is not well-explained in reviews. The first pleasant surprise, was provision of an AC tempo-traveller (mini bus) which was very comfortable, both during pickup and drop. MJ was so modest that he dropped us to a comfortable point (with heavy rains) inspite of traffic congestion. Everything in this trip is really really as per earlier reviews. I can go on and on. Didnt get a chance to meet Ajay or Mowgli, but yes 'Elmar' was there with us throughout. Its a lovely boat. These guys do focus on the guests comfort level, even though they dont promise on records. The evening with the local singers was a very very nice experience. We loved the 'Baul Singer' and his troupe. So carried away we were, that my aunt also sang one "Rabindra Sangeet" song. The place they have maintained, is beautifully done. Thanks guys for the lovely unforgettable moments. Would love to re-visit this place.
