Victor Brothers is running totally on its name. A LOT of their furniture and curio pieces are REPRODUCTIONS (copies) procured from artisans and carpenters and sold at triple the price. The present "owner" speaks impressively and convinces well. However, that's where the danger lies. Even the current workers are classless, arrogant and lazy. They lie on couches with their legs up, and won't bother when customers enter. Gone are those days when Victor Brothers used to be run by the gentlemanly Mr. David Mehra, and when each customer was treated specially. The present owner does not even come close to those standards. His reputation among antique dealers and customers of the city is far from good, due to obvious reasons. What goes around comes around!
