Visited there from jamshedpur for a pc build, didn't regret. Friendly staff with knowledge of what they do there, and recommend products accordingly .
This is the worst computer shop I would never recommend anyone to this 'fraudulent' shop. My experience was so terrible, when I went to this shop for replacement my laptop's LCD the shop owner gave misleading information Without my consent the shop owner replaced with a 'old used defective' lcd that did not even worked for a month Not only that they broke my hinges Tattered cable wires and much more... after all these This shop owner was not ready to accept his fault at all. He charged Rs.7000/- nothing got fixed. Later I had to visit another shop where they replaced with new lcd and fixed other issues.
The behavious and treatment to the customers by the employees are awesome and the way they listen to problems and solve as requirement was way better than anything. Had a great experience over there and the services arr price compatible.
