A good Yamaha two wheeler showroom located on DH road Kolkata . The showroom has good no of stock for all models and colours. The sales man was courtous and happy to show the model we were looking for and offered a test drive. The delivery process was smooth . The only con was they charged the new price although the stock was of previous month which I did not like and even calling Yamaha helpline did not help.

I just purchased a Yamaha fz25 at March end and it costed me Rs. 1,87000 on-road. There was only one unit of this model. I paid it in cash and got a money receipt in return to bring at the time of delivery and nothing much. To get the number plate attached they estimated 15 working days for the complete delivery. They promised me a helmet at the time of delivery. A little scratches were there which can be fixed they said. Also I hope to get a proper invoice. I will update my experience again and the rating once I get my bike in hand. Fingers crossed

The showroom itself has horrible staff. Each of the staffs are rude and unhelpful . I purchased my yahama fasino on 6th September 2020. The no. plate was fitted on 2nd October 2020. But I did not receive my scooty' smart card yet. Prabir from the registration dept. is extremely rude and keeping the work pending. I had been informed that I would receive my smart card within 3 months time, but I have been told time and again that either the RTO is closed for holidays or the concerned official are unavailable. Horrible service from Paul Automobiles Thakurpukur

Lots of hidden charges are charged by the showroom. They don't even produce any invoice for that. They charged me 6000 for different items (not known to me) without bill. Don't buy from this showroom. If you already bought from this showroom please check your invoice and challan. You can't match the both price. Be alert. They right now called me and that much money has been deducted for brokerage (dalali)!! No invoice can be issued. Be aware.... can u imagine for buying bike u have to pay 'cutmoney' to showroom.!!!! they charged me 5340/- extra cut-money .. .

Totally helpful staffs to guide you. We as customer enquires very much but they don't get irritated. Today I took test ride of R15 v3 and In Shaa ALLAH I shall buy Thunder Grey edition as soon as possible because I heard Yamaha is reducing its manufactures and I don't want to lose my dream bike.
