Security guard very efficient. Only public place I have seen which is functioning fully following covid protocols. It should be an example to everyone else. No crowding. Absolute social distance. No unnecessary talking, screaming. Properly cleaned. Got Adhaar card done there. A little glitch in the system but they worked it out themselves quickly.

Here many Offices of the department are situated Chief PMG office ,the cirle Office, General Manager (Postal Account s & Finance) West Bengal Circle, O/o SB Region, North Bengal Region, of Saving Bank concerned etc. It is to inform for general public that if any Inconveniences faced in any Postal service, they may bring the matter to the grievance cell in 5th floor. All the staff s working here are very friendly and cooperative.
