A grand idea. To connect Kollam with TVM , Cochin and even Sri Lanka using small crafts that can land and takeoff on both ln placid waters and regular airstrips. The initial run saw a very crazy public opposing the idea of take off n landing in claiming loss of fish population mainly the idea of communist opposition only. The infrastructure is ready.
