Having a wonderful training sessions. I am yet to take the real test. All the thanks to Shaleena Mam who helped me to get all the tricks and tips. Even thought I am having a great online classes, I feel that the cost they are charging is a bit higher because I didn't receive any printed notes or materials. I think they can issue something like that. They even asked me to buy a book from there having some of the question papers but I felt really bad because that was not covered in my training fee. Beside that everything was fine.:)

if you having any support from be-max, the worst agency i have ever seen. i have done the OET for my wife and she failed to handle them though a doctor. to get my refund i forced to file a police complaint and a complaint to the home ministry. the teachers may good at there work but ensure any admin issues they may not support or worst service. they made our life miserable since booking till refund and my money is still pending. hope the government agencies will support me to get the money back. i never chose or recommend any one if possible do a campaign in this regard to. frustrated to the core.
