Very pathetic service. Even in Sample collection arae in lab staff are not using PPE. They are not wearing gloves while collecting samples from patients, and not washing or sanitizing their hands. They are collecting blood contaminated cotton with their bear hands and touching other patients. Nobody is there to correct them... There are chances to get hospital acquired Infection for the patients. Please be carefull, no covid protocol is observed. Housekeeping service is very poor. Staffs are not wearing PPE, normal buckets are used for bringing chemicals, no double bucket mope trolley, no disinfectant, no dry mope, no wet mope (using dirty rag) very poor... Infection control.. & Quality Department shame...
