Its a 4 star- amazing hotel on the banks of ASTAMUDI lake. Ayurvedic SpaCONVENTION CENTRERESTAURANTS. HIGHLIGHT OF the RESTAURANT IS THAT THEY SERVE THE TASTIEST Etroplus suratensis (okk now take a breath )-or KARIMEEN (LOCAL NAME),caught freshly from Ashtamudi. Usual spot for foreigners. Staff service and infrastructure is good. Ample car parking. Modern Ambience. Good quality food.

A nice hotel with pleasant stay. The service is good. Great privacy is ensured. It is very much couple friendly. The food offered in restaurant is nice and available at reasonable rates. The view from restaurant is awesome. The rooms in first floor has better view compared to those in ground floor. We had a hassle free check in. The reception welcome is awesome. Especially one lady named Racheal in Reception is really helpful and pleasing. The hotel provides complimentary house boat ride for 1 he in evening for all those who had booked rooms in the hotel. A nice place on the banks of ashtamudi lake to enjoy your vacation.
It’s located on the lake, so beautiful and peaceful. A lot of facilities, helpful staff. Thank you for a nice stay. We will be back for sure!
Please cary some mosquito repellent ( All out or Good Night ). Can't sleep because of mosquito. AC no cooling. In night they Will swtch off the AC. I had a sleepless night because of mosquito.
Front view of hotel very nice with bamboo arches. Rooms are it's ok view of lake is not bad but not used to maximum in water frontage. Not identify normal traffic.
Was definitely one among the top properties in Kollam. But it's a big Nooo now. May be because of Covid. Hope things will get sorted out. But still even this time you can make sure at least the toilet flush works properly. Very very limited choice of food. And the food served was below average. Not even an icecream they had as dessert.. No lights in common areas.. Not at all recommended.
We had visited this backwater resort for the project outing. Listing few Major Facilities: 1.House boat cruise in Ashtamudi Lake. 2.Pulse - Discotheque. 3.Kids play area. 4.Infinity swimming pool creates an effect of merger with the Ashtamudi Lake. 5.Agora - Conference hall. 6.Large parking space. 7.Great view of lake from the balconies and rooms. Food served here are very tasty, staff are very friendly and kind and service is good. It also has gift shops and sell Kanchipuram Sarees at discounted price. Spacious lounge facilities are available. Overall a good experience.
