Office staff attitude is so so bad as if like they are doing a favour. When you take your parcel they will ask for more money saying loading even if the parcel is less than 3 kg (personal experience), if you wont give they will shout at us and may be it will end in fight .I experienced this in KRS kollam Never go with KRS Kollam. They are dangerous.
