We went to this hospital with my dad having a severe condition as a medical emergency and their response was very very bad.....nobody even cared to attend to the patients needs ..they even didn't allow to admit the patient saying the beds are full...all these response came after telling that we had echs (army) preference...we where two ladies without anyone to support us .. since Kollam is not even our native place someone suggested this hospital hence we took him there but we where shocked by their response even strangers will help us in such conditions but this hospital management was a complete disgrace to the whole medical department.. we where just recovering from our disease hence we where also very week but these people are just money minded and rude...even the lab result was nonsense...they said one result but their result in the paper was the opposite ...which one should we believe???...I personally would never ever suggest anyone to go there..with a heavy heart I must say this is the worst hospital I have seen in my entire life.

Great experience. Learning that this is the first hospital to get NABH accreditation in Kollam and it shows. The quality of care received is excellent. Having visited the hospital last week and being there for 3 days - I saw - prompt actions, timely updates, attention to detail and renowned doctors with confidence and empathy, and quality nursing services - emanating a pleasant patient and bystander experience. I would strongly recommend the services of Meditrina Kollam.

Doctors and nurses are good and empathetic ,clean atmosphere, good restaurant, there are many departments but the management is a total disaster, there is no coordination between departments, it consumes a lot of time especially very poor service from the reception they are not even deserving one star atleast they should learn some basic manners to behave with customers, I think hospital seems to need more staff Frequent visits to the doctor by other staff during OP shows a lack of respect for patients The employees themselves waste the time of doctors and patients. Stars are given only to doctors and nurses and no one else out there deserves it, Surgeon Mr. Arjun Athmaram he is excellent

It's necessary to take a complete medical check up after 30's. When I decided to take such one, one of my friends suggested meditrina hospital in kollam. Yesterday I took a health care checkup in meditrina. I experienced a gud nd warm hospitality there.. Without waiting lot of time each nd every tests took.. The faculty was so impressive... Especially co-ordinater named Mrs. Mini mam followed my files very gently..thanks for her.. After all the diagnosis doctors consultations of various department doctors r very friendly and also very impressive... Im going to take all my family for a full body health care check up.. Nd I'm suggesting for u all... Its very necessary.. Meditrina is outstanding.. Im sure

Comparatively its one of the best hospital in kollam district. Neat and clean . Almost all departments are here .

Very bad experience . I had to take my aged father for a followup checkup (Cardiology). Appointment was given at 10 AM but the doctor came at 11:30 AM. Nobody was there to even communicate this to us . Dr.PXXX is skilled but he is like a school principal. He doesnt like any questions that we ask about the disease. He doesnt like to give any positive answer . If we ask him whether the patient can take milk , he would say " I dont know taking milk would harm you" instead of just pleasantly saying "Yes . You can or No you cant ". Also I had very bad experience with the pharmacy there . I had to wait for 2 hours to get the medicine after I submitted the prescription. I wouldn't recommend this hospital unless they change their attitude and processes.

Very unprofessional response from the reception. Total failure administration starts from the main entrance. Bad environment and coordination in laboratory area. No medical reports were provided due to their IT issues. The person who assigned as administrator does not have qualtity to resolve patient's issues. Excellent human approach and caring from doctors and nurses.
