The services are the best. But they asked u to purchase a cover for passport worth 500 which is a worst. From my experience don't buy that. It's very cheap and big for our passport. So don't buy it.

They wont send the PCC through mail. I had to go second time to collect the pcc. When I enquired in Trivandrum passport seva, I heard they send the pcc through mail but why is it that kollam have different rules. Already they fooled for the passport cover 500 and plus the application cost and still they are making people to suffer for their profit! I hope kollam passport seva try to understand that people are coming from far and it's difficult to come twice. So please try to send through mail and don't try to fool people in the name of passport covers(which is optional but they don't say it)

The Passport\u200c Service Central Office admosphere is average. The interaction between customers and staff is not much better. Customers have to arrange office and other facilities

Please note that the passport cover is an optional service they ll not mention tat its optional and will make you pay the money...n u may or may not receive the passport cover....i had an experience...they made me pay without mentioning n when i exited from the office...i happened to see the ad n askd them to cancel the cover n return my money back...they refused.....i contacted the customer relations n due to their involvement they paid me back...thanks to them....due to tis im nt gvng them a 5 star...rest was quick
