Good sales team and customer oriented team.
Very bad spare parts handling. They given me a wrong product and when i returned it, the manager guy was so rude, want to blame it on me and not accepted return. But the sales woman understood and refunded the money. She said its the manager's fault that he was the one who said her to give me this wrong product.
They didn't write estimated price or time. The customer satisfaction is also not gud

O really don't know much about honda vehicles but I really love yamaha better than honda, which the yamaha store is just near to honda. I have a yamaha street rally which is now a rare scooter now. The honda people are only doing job for publicity and keeping the scooters so high in platform that you can see it from the yamaha showroom, it's big brains at the same time cheating. Well everything is for business.
