Jonny was very helpful to me and my family! It was our first time in Kauai and he did a fabulous job directing us the safest and best beaches for snorkeling! We saw many colorful fish at Poipu beach. We also liked the fact that there were lifeguards available as well! The renting process was very convenient and we will definitely be renting from Boss Frog again next time we are here!

We were very satisfied with prices and service. Noelle had another family there when we arrived and moved seamlessly between the 2 groups: fitting snorkle equipment, fins, and scheduling activities. She was not only knowledgeable about the equipment but about the island itself, offering restaurant, activity, and beach suggestions. Last year we rented from 2 Boss Frog locations on Maui. I don't remember much about those experiences. However, the operator of this store was absolutely charismatic! She was efficient, enthusiastic, and made the whole experience FUN not tedious. Then when rainy weather required activity changes, she was right there for us! I highly recommend this Boss Frog location! Noelle takes care of you like family! Mahalo!

She helped get us outfitted for the snorkeling experience of a lifetime and showed us all the great local spots to visit. Her bright, cheery demeanour and unparalleled professionalism was representative of the warm and amazing people of the island. 10/10 would Boss Frog again.

We liked boss frogs because of the competitive price for this exact same stuff that you get from the resort. And they were very helpful in doing some exchanges for us for some different products that more accommodated our daily plans. Both locations were easy to find.
