Brookfield Homes Hawaii has done it again! A great property in Poipu 2 to 4 bedroom suites, on the golf course, very nice interiors, central air, beautiful pool, fitness center and located in the VDA zoned area allowing for vacation rentals! Happy to help @ 877GoKauai

Really bad vibes. The workers here and the owners of these rentals are very stuck up and pretentious. You will be treated like a problem, not like a human being unless you’re old, quiet and ridiculously rich. Oh, and don’t forget to wear your mask, unless you’re inside your house. Even then, you should probably wear it. It saddens me to see people like this on such a sacred island. We should treat our brothers and sisters with more respect and love. Very disappointed.
My family stayed here for about 9 days, first time being to Kauai and we would absolutely come back to stay at Pili Mai. Our condo was clean and it had everything we needed to stay comfortably. It had bath towels, boogie boards, cutlery, dishes, even frequently needed condiments. It was close to almost everything, including the beach. The pool at the condo was always clean, perfect temperature and you can tell it is constantly maintained. The location was amazing, cant say enough good things about this place.
Hard to find extra parking for guests visiting the units.
We had such an incredible stay here. Being a newer development there were a few issues the first night with 1) the electricity in certain areas of the condo and 2) the TV’s sound wasn’t working. Apart from that the service was really good, the manager was very kind and responsive to our needs and made our stay comfortable.
