Dated rooms. Decent however. Have stayed in both ocean view and garden view. Not much of a difference in my opinion. I think this would cater to families more than a more upscale hotel. But the location is great. Grounds kept nice, great staff, and great recommendations for things to do on the Island. Has a luau spot beside the resort It is solid and decently priced (aside from the resort fee). Would return or at least give it a look again.

Cant wait til Sheraton opens again. Love sitting at the beach and walking thr path to the wall to see turtles and whales
Beautiful resort in the southern part of Kauai. Although it is quite far from many cool places on the North side of the island, it makes for an incredible place to stay for some great hikes, beaches, stores, restaurants, and service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton and everything about it was an extremely pleasant experience. This place is perfect for families to relax either at the pool or beach and do some fun excursions here and there.
My favourite Hawaiian hotel. Not the best at everything but chilled and relaxed. If you want to buy a holiday let you'll be given the chance but if you simply want to focus on family/me time its location is idyllic and the staff are friendly.
Great hotel and location! Every single staff member I interacted with was amazing. Huge shout out to Stacie, Lonnie and Betty for making our wedding trip such a memorable experience! Already can't wait to be back!
Stayed here for about a week while visiting Kauai. This resort has, in my opinion, one of the best beaches on the island. Great for snorkeling, not completely crowded, and the water is beautiful. Room was very nice and the ocean front rooms have great views. Its within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and the luau () on Mondays and Thursdays is very entertaining. We also saw a lot of whales off the shore! Would recommend this for anyone visiting.
Looks really nice Stopped for Breakfast at Holhol No staying at this property
It's got the location. It's got the view. It's got the beach, the waves, the weather, the sunset, the pool, the resort vibes and everything else which makes a stay here feel like an escape. Enough spots to relax or meet for a few days without it feeling repetitive. Had a very nice room overlooking the coast with crashing waves lulling me to sleep. Poke and fish tacos for breakfast lunch and dinner. Cheap surf board rental, a smouldering hot tub and a big list of activities... if hula lessons and Hawaiian crafts are your thing.
