The worst service ever. They say on their website that their bedside assistance carer knows BP checking , sugar and all sorts of lies. They don't know anything. And on top of that their caretaker ran away in the middle of the night when we all were sleeping. Now I am asking for the aadhar card and i am 99.9% sure that they don not have that. That means their care takers are not even verified. Very irresponsible, negligent silly staff. DON'T EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM...

It was a horrible experience with Adopire service. I asked for the bed side male assistant and it looked like they randomly sent people off the streets. One of the guys was very un-hygienic and disgusting. He was smoking in my restroom, sleeping majority of the time and was demanding for recharge cards every here and now. Obviously I was feeding him what we were eating but he always asked for chicken and mutton which we cook everyday in our house but if any veg curry was cooked on any day then he got pissed. Most importantly, he was not even cleaning the patient nicely as what I hired him for. The services were for my old aged Dad who is on a complete bed rest but it looked like we had to be at this assistant guy's service all the time. We changed a few other guys but none of them fit well. Management is horrible as well since they convince you over the phone that they will send a professional guy but I never got an assistant who I could possibly think for long-term.
