I visit store in sharath city capital mall ,so ah lady she is busy with her mobile and I asked some products so she is so angry and talking irrespectively words not given respect products also not explaining just seeing her mobile I am not satisfied with Happi because of that lady finally worest service.

Sales team is careless busy in their mobiles, will oblige by giving selective information, acting like they have monopoly in the business, no customer care orientation, lack of enthusiasm. Very limited outdated products on display. Not recommended for even visiting just for information, forget shopping.
Best mobile store and makes "Happi" with their after sales support. It is very good at this store.

Worst reception by the sales promoter at samsung section, when we were here an hour back.Received us with weired looks as if we are from a different section and didnt even came out with explaining features. We dropped our plan to buy samsung mobile and walked out. She is quite unfit for sales promotion.pls replace such girls
