Excellent customer service (Anil) and technical expertise. Explained and tested my battery for free and advised if it needs to be replaced or not. Also gave decent buy back of Rs 800 on old battery. 4 years of warranty and free service all the time. I had compared prices on e-portals and explored 5-6 battery stores however best price and value was provided by Harsha. I needed battery for Honda Brio and got it for flat 3200/- only (4 years warranty) . Battery voltage should be above 12.11 vol and Amp should be about 11 amps for car (hatch back) to start. PS: Prices may vary from week to week but you can bargain.

Don't go by reviews. This place has very bad customer service. It looked like they just want money and didn't care explain about the battery I'm going to buy etc.
