The interest shown in collecting the documents Is not in providing assistance to activate mobile app or UPI I’d, Very Bad Service. Ranjith is the person who have collected documents from me later on, if I call either he will be busy or he won’t answer my calls. Customer care robot options are pathetic. There is no option to talk to representatives... worst service

Taken current account and balance deducted for MAB where as not be charged for 1st 6Months. No responsible person here in the branch to address in Branch, twitter, Facebook almost all possible ways tried.

Worst they won't give respond to customers... Simply they make custoner to wait for hours... And they say that u can go home..... Before saying go home they won't tell u what was the problem..... Taking salutary to chit chat with colleagues..... Mainly female staf is very bad.....

Worst experience, because of incorrect information given by staff, bank has charged me back to back from February to till date. . Anyhow im going to close my account with this bank itself. And customer service is useless, no courtesy, helpless. Customer service executive advising me to check everytime notice board in the branch and website . But while depositing cash, nothing comes in matter. Great customer service and useless staff in the branch.

Anyway customer service was bad with this bank now Corona Virus has given them a reason not to do anything. My money has stuck with this back and not able to do online transaction
