They are goons! The people who come and do packing don't know their work. Very unprofessional behaviour, they don't listen to your requirements and just handle the articles as per their will and wish. No proper bubble packing, no lamination and no traceability of the items packed. They don't know how to behave with ladies in the family. They don't even mask up properly, forget about other protocols. Food items are packed in unhygienic manner. There is someone who is supposed to be the owner and he knows only to blame customers. There is no difference between that so called owner and his people in dealing with customers. All unprofessional. They broke my dining table, printer and many other glass items and refused to support to make insurance claim. All we need to do is to pay them as per their wish as the owner threatens to you of not delivering your items if you don't pay. They are professional goons and not professional packers! One start as i can give negative. They took our package from our house in Hyderabad and were supposed to ship it to Ranchi. I have used them seven years back when I was moving from Bangalore to Hyderabad and they service they offered was acceptable. Since this was longer route, I thought to trust them again and it was such a painful and annoying experience. They came verified the things to be transferred and gave us a quote, week booked them and paid advance. They came and packed out stuff in 3rd April and did not ask us to pay any further amount, we left the city next day after we were handed the list of goods. On 5th when we inquire about the shipment, they gave us a quote that was 50% more than what was discussed. When we asked for explanation they didn't bother and told us to get the goods picked up from the warehouse after paying some amount as they won't reduce the amount and if we wants the goods we should pay them what we quote. As we had moved already, after few days of discussion we deicide to pay him whatever was quoted as we were out of options.. this was told me me by other packers and movers as well that they usually take your things and then give absurd quote and this is what exactly happened to me.. Moreover, we paid around extra 4k for insurance and they never got us any insurance, quite a few things were damaged. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUD, TAKES ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMER. Will never ever recommend this one to anyone, if you have household goods to ship and if you work on trust.. because they are looters that misuses the trust we do while using a service.
