Purchased Mobile charger from the store, sales executive mentioned the printer is not working and will send the bill on E-Mail, invoice is not yet received and the store Managers are not responding to calls now. Very bad and pathetic service by the executives and managers there.

Very bad experience. I selected a mobile after they made a lot of promises about the damage protection services given by Sangeetha mobiles. Ultimately after making all the payments they said they don't have those extra offers, and asked me to select another model with a higher price. Very bad customer service. Totally unprofessional and no. 1 CHEATING mobile seller in Hyderabad. I would have given 0 stars but unfortunately we need to give atleast 1 star. Do not think of buying any phones from here ever in your lifetime unless you want to get CHEATED UP. Peace..

Not at all professional people. Before paying, they will tell you that they will give so many offers but after payment they will say those offers won't apply for your mobile. Please choose another highend device. This things are nit at all acceptable.
