Tora Newly started cab aggregator, staff are polite as compared to ola and Uber, they got good parking space as of now for parking. For newbies driver it should go good as there is no commission, All the best tora

They are running a scam. I booked a cab via the app for airport during afternoon scheduled for night 2 am and i also proactively asked for the driver number which they shared. I called and got confirmation both from driver and service agent that the cab would arrive on time. When i checked back at night boom the booking is cancelled automatically. The driver doesn't respond to phone calls. No answer even from customer service. I was stranded with no option!!! Don't go by their rating they have forced the customers or they themselves have given those ratings.

The concept of surge free is nice unless it comes into practice. I regularly use the cab services on a daily basis and i have not been able to book even once in the last one month. I am not sure of the reason behind the same but i was never assigned a cab as the app continuously keeps searching for the drivers and it times out saying that no driver could be assigned.I was once lucky that the driver is assigned to me and he is just next to my building. He has mentioned that the ride shows as cancelled. The experience is the same even in the non peak timings. I assume that the drivers are not yet ready to use this app.

Drivers needs to be trained properly. The caption they mention less cancellations is not true. Even for shorter distance also they have cancelled the services with very inappropriate reasons on customers. I am going to raise a consumer complaint against them for the reason mentioned for cancellation. I never recommend this service to anyone.

I am using Ola/Uber since 3 years. I would like to understand how it will workout and attract/satisfy cab drivers/customers without surge, because if surge is in take place, other cab providers increase their prices for ride and drives will attract for their pricing, by that time customer looks into Tora service but no cab available. If no surge time price is more in Tora compare to others. Also let us know price is fixed or it will vary with time ?? How much per km and Tora calculate prices??
