After accepting my VERY last minute booking request via phone the host, George, was so welcoming. He made sure I had everything I needed for my stay, his wife even gave me some homemade cake. The apartment was super clean/spacious and a fantastic location. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach but far enough from the main road where you could relax without hearing any traffic. The apartment included shampoo/soap, towels, fridge, washing machine and a great AC unit. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you George for the great stay.

This apartment has everything you need, clean and comfortable, air-conditioned (and it's hot here on Paros in August), with windows on two sides allowing for cross ventilation; even a clothes washer. High quality construction throughout. The whole house is aesthetic. It is located in a quiet narrow street that is basically pedestrian, only a five minute stroll down to the beach and restaurants. At the beach, the main road is busy; and for me at least, the glare of the sun in the late afternoon on the sea is not pleasant. By contrast, being away from that bustle, here at Kontaratos Studios, is wonderful! I can go down for a swim whenever I like. My room is full of interesting photos on all the walls. Lots of care has gone into it. Giorgos is remarkably welcoming and friendly. He even brings me cakes and other delicacies baked by his gourmet wife. Imagine that! He generously gave me an upstairs apartment when my booking was for the semi-basement, at no extra cost. A real gentleman...in every sense of the word. You will do yourselves a favour staying here. Trust me.

This is the best hotel experience! The apartments are close to the city center and a 5 minutes walk from the beach and shops, just enough to be away from the noise. George is super nice, and he gave us an upgraded room for free as it was empty. The room was very comfortable, and the small kitchen is great to have breakfast on the terrace. There is a washing machine too! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to Paros.

We had an amazing time staying at Kontaratos studios and wished we could have stayed longer. The owners are the kindest people you will meet and always greet you with a smile. They made sure our room was ready for us early when our ferry arrived and gave us fruit from their lovely garden. The room is comfortable and nicely decorated. 5 stars. You must stay here when in Paros!!

Stayed here with my family for 5 nights. Very nice and clean, the owner George is a really funny guy. You'll feel like you're part of the family and he is always ready to help. He also supplies interesting stories and anecdotes.
