I ordered something yesterday for my cousin in California. I got charged for it but I have not got any confirmation regarding my order(not Even an email).What do I do?

One star for this shop. Pity a can't give less. Absolutely can't recommend. Ordered few small things, paid for posting about 14 (probably hard envelope, inside europe shipping), more than my order itself. Order never came, tried to contact the seller several time with no response, total ignorance. Avoid this shop for your good if possible.
Great collection of Dutch souvenirs. Bought some gifts for my American neighbours. Super fast delivery to United States.
Holland Gift Shop is wonderful. They have a large selection and a user friendly website. They do a great job with packing and shipping rates to the states are very reasonable. Their products are of high quality. I will absolutey order from them again!
Bought some gifts for my American in-laws. They were especially happy with the bags and shirts with bikes on them. Quality seems very good!
