I purchased a shelving unit from Koolatron on Amazon. It arrived with the packaging intact. When I opened the box, the shelves where broken and damaged and you cannot put the unit together. I had to contact Koolatron 3 times to ask for a refund. I was then notified that I had to pay for shipping to return the package with is going to more then 50% of the cost of the shelves. It seems really unfair and poor business practice to have to pay to return a product that was clearly broken before shipping. I do not recommend this company. Beward.

Bought a 7 cubic foot freezer (chest) for 188 approximately plus taxes, new, with some exterior scratches and dings. Great deal, so I thought I would share... Interior of freezer is pristine

My spouse and I bought a Koolatron portable ice maker from The Bay and it stopped working after 8 months. The Bay advised us to contact Koolatron directly and the closest location was Brantford, so we exchanged emails with Margaret (who was awesome) and she said to bring the unit in to the Outlet Store which we did. Andrew (also awesome!) was so helpful and replaced our unit and the store has great products as well! Customer service is above and beyond! Thank you, Margaret & Andrew! MK15 Mosquito Trap - I've recently purchased this product and tried a couple locations for the past 30 days and I have not caught more than a dozen mosquitos in the trap. I called for support and went through everything and it seems to be operating fine. At this point in time, I've requested for a refund and the outlet store says it's not possible. There's no advertising that anywhere in the store, online that all purchases are final. So I would like to warn people that all sales are final at the outlet store in Brantford, Ontario. I drove 2 hours there and 2 hours back to get this product and bought a propane tank. So it's a lot of money for little to no results. They did offer a replacement unit but I don't think that's going to help and would cost me another 4 hours of driving to see the same results. I don't think this is a fair and I should investigate on the legality of not providing a refund. People on KIJIJI offers refunds if their used goods are defective! Come on!
