Phenomenal Experience!! How to put ink to my experience. After searching for a replacement for my lease we settled on a certified Lexus. We saw online that Koons had our ideal car. Our Salesman DJ worked with us, found the car stashed away and got the ball rolling. I was on a conference call for work at the time, but he got everything set while I was trying to multi-task. Then when I sat with the Finance Director who personally handled my financing arrangements, he gave me an even better rate than my pre-approval. I had to take the car to service to get a few things looked at, and they put me in a nice 2021 loaner for the day. So basically everything they say they will do for their customers Koons actually does and more. Every day I ask my wife is she happy with her car and the answer is always YES!!! Although we live an hour away from the dealership, it's still worth the drive for the excellent service we receive. We are very happy with our purchase and are already looking ahead to finding our perfect second car.

The car was lovely when it was returned to me. Pick up and delivery was excellent, George kept me very well informed about what was going to be done and other issues with the state of the car. My only issue with the process was the cost. It seemed terribly expensive.

George from service has always been accommodating and gets all the services we need done. Everything is done quickly and everything is communicated with no surprises. This review is not based on one experience. This review involves at least 10 different services with simple to complex situations dealing with several cars we own. He is always knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to go out of his way to help me and my wife. We’ve worked with other service reps but by far we’ve had the most positive experiences with George. We fully trust George and no doubt will continually go to Lexus Koons for George’s service.
