Joanne is the best; she is on it and is a great communicator! I kept waiting for the fine print and to have to wait long like I have in the past, when purchasing a new vehicle. Not this time! Started the buying process online and finished up at the dealership. Alex was great to deal with. I was looking for a Tundra, which is so hard to find right now during COVID. Alex was very kind, patiently helped me find the Tundra I really wanted and gave me a nice deal. Kudos also to Justin and to Josh the finance guy!

My salesperson was Ryan and was terrific. He was able to rearrange his schedule to make time for my changes. Was very knowledgeable of my purchase vehicle and his evaluation of my trade in garnered a great deal. He took personal charge of getting the vehicle appraised and detailed. The dealership had the most options for the model I was shopping for and the whole buying experience was super easy. 10/10 for me!

Do yourself a favor and ask for Mary Ann. We have bought two vehicles from her and will be back! She is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable and will help you get into the perfect vehicle. We left a few things in our trade-in in with all of the excitement and she helped track it down and secured our belongings for us. Top notch! Koons service is great too, on both vehicles I purchased the extended Toyota Care service packages. The free two years is nice and once you get used to friendly and quality service you won't want to go anywhere else.

Everyone was so nice. I drove 2 hours to Koons because I was looking for a specific vehicle. Justin was very responsive through emails, and Jay was awesome getting paperwork finished and taking care of my trade. The finance guys were excellent and the whole experience was fantastic!
