From my initial contact until the job was completed, this team was great to work with - Patrick, Tabatha, Brandon & Ricky! They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the time they took to educated me about the different flooring options. They maintained communication throughout the process. I highly recommend Korfhage Floor Covering for any flooring needs, whether it be hardwood, vinyl flooring or carpeting. Patrick and Tabatha are the best! Korfhage's installed our hardwood flooring in 2016. This week we added vinyl flooring in our upstairs bedrooms and replaced carpet in our basement. Their installers are the best as well -- very efficient and very polite. You can't go wrong with Korfhage Floor Covering!

Korfhage is a family business that has been part of the Louisville community for a long time. That's important to me. I suppose it's possible we might have found different selection, quicker service, or lower prices with another dealer somewhere, but vibe matters... and they have it. I really don't like giving five stars on review things like this, because I an advocate for bell curves and believe there's always room to grow and get better. However, Gary and Brianna did a fantastic job taking care of us. They certainly had the selection, inventory, and connections to get our home carpeted the way we wanted (to me... \getting the job done\ earns you the first three stars). Brianna seemed to be the organized one of the pair, who handled all the paperwork, scheduling, and payment. Gary was incredibly knowledgeable, conducted the on-site measurements and appraisal, and handled all of our questions... even the tangents we came up with. He's a talker... I'm sure he's hard to keep on a schedule, but that earned the fourth star, easily. (Plus he was willing to share some good leads for us regarding other non-flooring related projects) What REALLY matters to me is communication. Brianna brought home the fifth star by keeping us up to speed on any changes to the schedule and following up diligently without us having to dig with our own phone calls. Feb/Mar 2021... Covid and a snowstorm changed everything around for everybody, schedule-wise, but she stayed on top of everything... excellent job!!! The installation was done very well, and we're incredibly happy with our new carpet. We have a basement finishing job coming up, and I'm sure we will be calling again. Thank you all so much!

I am extremely happy with my hardwood floors! Korfhage made the process very easy and pleasant from beginning to end. Patrick and Tabatha were very helpful through the entire process; and Justin/Dominique did an outstanding job on the installation. I cannot say enough about this company. They all have been wonderful. I highly recommend them.

The work was done in my mom's condo. The customer service was excellent. Patrick and Tabitha were great to work with. They were very patience and courteous with my mom when they came to measure her condo to us visiting their store to pick out carpet. The installers were great and they were very gracious in helping to move the necessary furniture and cleaned up everything when finished. Mom is very happy with the carpet. I would definitely recommend them for any flooring needs.
