Well kept and maintained grounds. All walkways were shoveled and salted. The complex was very quiet. They could use with better lighting though.

I had lived there for seven years. It was quiet and peaceful. Not too many kids. Beautiful pool. Plenty parking in the back. Spacious apartment. Close to 73. I had an older apartment so my heating element was inefficient and electric high in winter. Tons of closet. Internet kept going off but that was the fuse box which they promptly replaced. They supply a washer dryer, but the new water efficient one takes a long time. I would like to see laminate in the dining area.

When we had no choice but to leave our home, we chose to come here for a year. Let me just say, I’ve never been happier to begin the moving process because of how awful this place is. The apartment that they show is nice, but everything in the apartment you get is cheap. They promised a renovation, and we got doors that don’t close properly, chipped counters, and half finished paint jobs. We put all of this in our initial review, and nothing was fixed. When their water heater broke and caused a great deal of water damage in the apartment, including the cheap kitchen floors coming apart, it took them weeks to fix it. And they don’t seem to have any system in place for inconsiderate neighbors. They make it clear that asking for help is an inconvenience. If you give a noise complaint, they don’t do anything. And when my neighbor planted cactus to stop my elderly dog from being able to pee on the bushes, nothing was said about that. This place is far from worth the high rent. It’s been such an awful experience here, and I’m excited to move somewhere that will be giving me a better experience, and won’t let just anyone move in.

I lived here for almost 2 years. The community was nice and the staff was very nice and accommodating . maintenance is very fast. However, my first summer at the apartment was BRUTAL. The apartment below us was occupied by a tenant who traveled for business about 80% of the time and was rarely home, so his air was never on. Because of this, our AC unit was useless and the apartment complex claimed that it was \working just fine\ even though I had a thermostat in my apartment that read 89 degrees some days. I had to start bringing my poor dog to \doggy daycare\ (and spending a fortune) because I didn't want her to get sick. on top of this, our electric bill was still 300 every month in July-September. I complained several times and they refused to replace the AC unit or provide us a solution for unlivable conditions. I would have lived here another year before I started house hunting if it weren't for this problem. Location wise, the apartments are great just be prepared to pay MASSIVE ELECTRIC BILLS for a TINY apartment. the electric bill for my 2800 sq ft house was 130 a month this summer, for reference.

I lived here for a year. When I moved in I did not have an upgraded apartment. My dishwasher rack was taped together there was a foul smell of cat urine and while I was there my ceiling would have visible signs of damage from the rain. The electric bill would be anywhere from 300-500 a month in the winter- for a one bedroom. When I called in utter shock I was told several people had the same issue and to work it out with the gas and electric company. The kicker for me was when I left I was charged 650 dollars for rug replacement. On top of my 500 dollar deposit kept. While the story is the rug is suppose to last for 3 years blah blah. The rug had a horrible stench in the first few weeks of moving there and I had a small child so would ask it with plug ins and kept it moving. Parking is a mess and during the winter they left the parking lot pretty icy. The only good thing about this place is location if you work close to the Philadelphia area and the community tends to be quiet. Overall not worth moving here. There are plenty of better properties in the area.
