slow as hell. took almost an hour to get our car with small queue, while big queues at other companies were done way quicker. in the end we've been literally the last people being at the airport.
Great service. Only two of us so hired a small auto car but was given a nearly new Astra auto which was great. Nice and clean, drove well and easy pick up and drop off. Recomended.
Had an issue with original car and raised a complaint. The manager came to my hotel and replaced the car and discussed my complaint which was due to a misunderstanding on my behalf - I apologise. May I thank the manager and colleague for explaining the issue to me and their very professional approach. NS
We have booked a and we payed for it more than 6 month .When we arrived we didn’t had a car and we had to wait 10 days for a refund!!!!1 ️ is to much!!!
Meine Kreditkarte wurde bei Anmietung zusätzlich mit 50.- Eus belastet. Das Fahrzeug ging unfallfrei und vollgetankt zurück. Trotzdem wurde der Betrag nie zurück erstattet. Mehrere Mails und Telefonate blieben erfolglos. Ansonsten war alles ok. Fahrzeug neuwertig.
Seulement 1 personne pour s'occuper des retours de voitures, des départs, du telephone... Prévoir une bonne marge si vous repartez. Sinon la personne est aimable et à l'évidence elle fait ce qu'elle peut !
