Had the worst possible service with this rental car company. Ordered a car for 7am pick up (website stated they opened at 6) and nobody turned up until 8:15. After finally sorting a car they tried to charge me the next day for an extra day after bringing it back 24hrs later. All of this was annoying but I wasn't too frustrated, until I tried to tell the customer service person for the organisation about my experience and to ensure I wasn't charged an extra day. And they told me that I was lying about the situation and the assistant had been there earlier than stated and was actually at work but cleaning my rental car (despite it not being clean when I met her at 8:15 and providing photo evidence that the store was closed after 8am). I am never one to write negative reviews about company's but after being told I was lying when trying to explain a situation, it has been very frustrating and I would definitely recommend booking one of the other friendly car rental companies in Kos and avoiding Budget and Avis rental cars at all cost.

Unglaublich unfreundlicher Transfer Fahrer vom Flughafen zum eigentlichen Laden. Nichtmal ein "Hallo" auf griechisch, englisch oder sonst einer Sprache. Sah aus wie ein Zuhälter. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen bei Verspätung. Auto wurde uns nicht ausgehändigt, trotz Buchung. Nur mit hohem Aufpreis. Wir sind auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben und mussten ein neues Auto mieten. Der angegebene Ort auf der Karte hier bei Google Maps ist übrigens auch völlig falsch. Nie wieder "Budget Car" bzw. "Abby Car" - welcher der eigentliche Vermieter ist.
