Yes in fact i do lift I am a competitional powerlifter. my review is based on the equipment available and the overall experience i had at this gym. I was on holiday and used this gym 3 times while being there and i have to say that its fine for a mediocre lifter, but for my standards it was not satisfactory! Especially for the price i had to pay. But i respect the gym nonetheless and i wish you all the best with the future goals of the fitness for life gym!

The best gym in kos
Great gym clean and lots of equipment. Would say staff aren't overly friendly and a bit precious about using some equipment in studio. A nice suggestion would be allow to use some in quiet times as long as it is put away and treated properly. Overall worth a visit if in kos and want to workout properly. Would use again for sure :-)
