Fresh food, big portions, warm atmosphere. I had a salmon there and was one of the best i ve ever have. You better should n t miss this place ;-)

Been to gusto a few times now food is allways lovely good service I like it as it a family run restaurant and that makes all the difference just sit out the back by the sea enjoy the view

The best mussels which I have ever eaten
I chose to come here because of the look of the restaurant and menu on the outside and the warm welcome we received. It did not feel like we were being "tempted" in or under pressure to dine here, as is the case with most establishments of this nature. We were not disappointed! On the menu standing outside, I could see a picture of octopus tentacles, which I fancied eating and it looked very nice. Unlike the norm, the food actually looked the same as in the photo! And it tasted amazing! I really filled my belly with great tasting seafood and felt good afterwards. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and it is obvious that this is, and always has been, a family run business. And the prices are most reasonable. The lady who invited and served us was very nice, made good suggestions for food but in such a way that she was giving us the choice. If I come back to Kos I will definitely dine here again!
Didn't eat here in the end so can't comment on the quality of the food, but the reason we didn't eat is because the staff were incredibly unhelpful - if you can't describe what's in your dish labelled "stew", how can I trust you to cook it properly? Nor could they tell me what each type of fish is like or what comes with the order of fish, blaming their English proficiency which was previously very good. I'd rather not risk it.

Enjoy from the moment you sit down. A beautiful view over the sea. Very friendly and welcoming staff, delicious fresh fish dishes and matching wines. Good value for money. An interesting conversation with the owner of the restaurant made everything even more complete for a real evening out.
