Simply the best. Best rates, best service and super friendly staff/owner! Nothing is a problem and they help you with on topic and off topic questions like no other. When we go back to Kos, we’ll be back with Ideal Rentals even if we don’t need a car Really not kidding, they’re that good. They understand customer service.

Very honest and good price for renting a car/moto or bike. We rented a motorbike 200cc for a really good price. We return a bit later due the bad weather and the company was really nice and they didn't charge for more. Super friendly and bike was well maintained. We recommend to rent here.

Very good Service! Transfer from the hotel to the Ideal rentals and they tooked the bikes from Our hotel with a van back to the rental Office... And thats for FREE. The ebikes are in very good condition and IT makes a lot of fun!

Rented through them on two occasions. Good quality equipment (scooters), very friendly service and free transport to and from their rental station. Would definitely rent through Ideal again next time we’re on the island.

Steves bikes have everything you need, bikes, bikes and more bikes, they even have scooters, 4 wheel contraptions (of the petrol variety) and children's tag alongs , the man at the counter (I assume is Steve) gave zero f##ks when it came to English tossers wanting to hire his petrol vehicles to rag around the island, he saw right through them and his steely gaze was enough to put off the chavs considering using his equipment as toys, they would walk off probably thinking it was best not to hire off " Steve" as he would come and find them and Bury them in a shallow hole at the bottom of a quarry if they damaged his equipment, anyway, I had a lovley time as we all hired great bikes that were well maintained and got to see a lot of the island, Steve works hard all day loving his bikes and also likes to eat crisps and sandwiches when on a break. He is not left handed which is a shame as judging by his hand writing I was under the impression he was artistic and left handers are renowned for being artists. If you want a good bike to ride around the island get one from here. Steve rocks!!!

What an awesome place, the "mechanic" is a very helpful/friendly guy, the lady on the desk was very friendly, informative and honest. I have had a bad experience in the past with holiday vehicle rentals. These guys put me at ease strait away, I'm so glad we came across these guy on Google, DONT GO ANYWERE ELSE!! Thanks again guys!!
