Just come back from a lovely week from staying here. We arrived at midnight and we asked if we could have some food and they kindly cooked us some chips which was much appreciated after a long journey with a 3 year old. The room was big and cleaned daily. The pool was lovely and my son really enjoyed it everyday. We thought the bar was reasonably priced along with a basic selection of bar food to choose from and a lovely selection of cocktails. The owners Maria & Steve are so friendly and welcoming, I'm sorry we missed you both to say goodbye. We enjoyed the short walk in to Kos Town each night to eat dinner and there are some lovely restaurants to choose from. We would definitely recommend and come return.
This place is diabolical! Drunks at bar till 2-3 in morning - screaming kids running round all apartments talk 2 in morning while parents getting drunk! Apartment very basic- electrics failed twice toilet leaked in bathroom no flush Not enough sun beds Manager very unfriendly after we complained. Ignored when we went to bar for service Apartment staff very friendly tho On the return bus to airport all passengers were talking about the bad points of this place - none of us will be going again! Waste of money- bar food basic Lovely hotel next door - food good pool beautiful- staff very good Go here if you are a drunk with unruly children But don’t go if wang to sleep before 3 in morning want a sunbed and like friendly helpful management. TUI have rated this far too high - should be -1. You have been warned!!
First of all I have to say we enjoyed our stay at the Lenaki apts. Steve and his staff were first class. The pool area and bar were spotless and the grounds were very well maintained. Housekeeping were very efficient and pleasant. In my opinion the apartment we had, and I'm assuming they all were the same need modernisation. The kitchen was very basic. Only small cups so if you want your mug of tea or coffee first thing in the morning then take a mug, something lightweight and durable for suitcase travel. No tea towels, which I find hard to understand as plain white ones for the duration of your stay would not cost the earth. So again, take your own. The biggest disappointment for us was the shower. It was very small, the shower head would move by itself and end up causing a rather large puddle on the bathroom floor. Clean towels bath & hand were replaced everyday by housekeeping. As were our bed sheets. Essential items such as bottle opener, can opener, knifes, spatula and crockery for three people were also provided. All in all we just got on with it and adapted to what we had. But then again I think that's one think us Brits do best. Would I recommend here, yes I would. I'm sure in time they will upgrade the apartments but with excellent staff and service you'll not go wrong staying here. Stayed here for a week clean tidy well kept. Shower/ toilet very small but everything you need for self catering. Pool and pool area lovely food also good. Only thing that let this place down on our last day neighbours baby became unwell they had to bus I emergency doctors before transfer arrived young couple 2 children a lot of rushing around their transfer arrived and they needed to settle a bill they couldn't do this by card the young mum needed to run to cash point approx 10 mins away for cash proprietors could easily of given her a lift but didn't thought this was appalling as transfer bus was waiting therefore causing poor couple even more stress!! Wouldn't stay there again on account of owners daughter acting like a princess and not helping this couple if your not a people person get another job!
Excellent location, pool area very good with great back drop looking over mountains. Apartments spotless, overall very good!
My first time in Greece and from the very moment we arrived at the Lenaki Apartments the lovely Steve made us feel so very welcome. The next day his amazing sister Maria made us so welcome, i can honestly say that i have never ever in my life been made to feel so welcome anywhere else like this, absolutely amazing family run apartments, Marinella during the day and Vasilis on an evening you have made us laugh and laughed with us every day its been an absolute pleasure to meet you. I will definitely be coming back here, i cant thank you enough for making our holiday as amazing as it was, i've fell in love with Greece because of all of you. Lots of love to you all and hopefully see you one day soon xxxx
Clean, comfortable with a nice pool. The bar is a little expensive but it's not too bad as there are supermarkets all around. Friendly helpful staff :)
