Totally disappointed with the recent purchase not because of the quality (Face Mask) but the way everything has been managed right from ordering till the delivery of my shipment. I asked for a different product and I communicated for the same I still got the product which I did not wish to purchase. Due to the delivery service which they use Indian postal service, shipment does not come to door you actually have to go to post office to get the item which is understandable in normal scenario but when we all are stuck in house due to lock down how can we go out to collect. Charges for the shipment is 170rs wheres on the parcel its clearly mentioned 47rs. Kindly improve in the process your product is great. Thanks.

Ordered for pepper in brine & Jamun jam with jaggery, and paid for it. Received both in a spoilt condition with fungus. Feel cheated to have paid a premium for spoilt food. Update 1 : There was a response, but still awaiting a replacement / refund

UPDATE The owner and sales team were prompt in their response. Have been promised a replacement. I think products are great. They operate from a relatively remote location and that puts things in perspective with regards to logistics (delay or handling) but their intent to resolve and provide good customer service is 5* *********************** INITIAL COMMENT I ordered the product after tasting it at a friend's. AWESOME!! I would recommend it ahead provided it's handled correctly. but was disappointed in the delivery and handling. After paying a premium for a great product nonetheless, the least I expected was to receive a full bottle of honey

It's not green shop only. It beyond that. The whole stories behind, the people who engaged, their struggles and their products of course are an integral part of one big idea on how people having their own control towards their products without submitted it under the logic of free market. Last Forest shows that indigenous people, farmers and activists able to overcome all economic boundaries and working as family.
