This is a great place. There are things that Ayurveda can only do. The stay was great. The only problem my friend and me faced was food. It was difficult for them to make non spicy food. I mean good without masala too. The masala that makes us feel the heat. The main kitchen also doesn't know how to make chapattis. They were not well cooked. I understand they have to cater to so many people but that doesn't mean chapati quality cannot be maintained. There food was great otherwise. The sprouts salad was just amazing. I found it salty initially but then enjoyed it. The treatment is superb. One must visit for betterment of body from within.

Kotakal medicine are good but the experience with the arogya aap was disgusting first of all they have not updated prices in their aap and there is cash on delivery option which doesn't work ,o I placed order and wasted my time and had to wait for 10days, as cash on delivery option Came invalid, and again I had to order & wait, later on they were chasing me and misbehaving witg me for extra money which was not mentioned in the aap, Kindly be aware of such fraudulent activity I will be sharing the screen short of the same..
