Staff behavior good but options are very less... discounted items are less here and the least you get here is 3k. In such covid situations you should have round the clock sales only then the customers would prefer to buy shoes... I am from 45 km away from this place still visited as I like to try my shoes before buying... as I did not have the options had to buy online after a very bad experience with the online store... one of the guy told me that he would check for the options and let me know but never got a call or message from them. Then had to call next day... altogether bad experience online and store wise so 3 star

A quality shoe store in Sastry Road, Kottayam. The staff is very helpful and the ambience is just decent. The collection of merchandise really need to go up, as the store has only basic articles. Has got good parking space too.
