First I visited this place to get some change, though it was during rush hours the staff cater me delightfully. Later I had food from here, that was also good. I am pretty confident to recommend this restaurant.

This hotel is a nice place to eat . The items ordered : 3 ghee roasts Barbecue chicken ( breast piece) . Lemon juice Pros : Good service Proper personal dealings Good food Good ghee roast, good sambar and good chutney Good barbecue and sides Good ambience as far as an average consumer is concerned Lemon juice was of good quality and good taste. Outdoor seating with good lighting and top decorations. The chutney was prepared and served hot and it tasted amazing. Cons : The door of the washroom ( gents) had a malfunctioning door lock.

Restaurant is in a good location. Parking is available. The pricing is on higher side. The food is average. Chicken beryani was not that great. Chicken 65 was good. Had not tried fish. The worst was the lime juice ordered. Was bitter in taste and was charged Rs. 25.

Just an ok restaurant in Kottayam area. The service is just normal.i visted during Nov 2020, and there was none in the serving area atleast to call for water. Everyone was in the kitchen. No idea.
