I had facial here. The massage was really painful. I asked to reduce the massage pressure. Then also the massage was really uncomfortable. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the massage and facial here.

I had a wonderful experience with this saloon. I had my engagement function recently and I happened to know about this saloon through Google. I had my hairdo by one of the staff, Ms. Linchu. Very amiable, professional and super sweet. She had verything done on time and the hairdo was on-point, exactly how I wanted it. I also had my keratin treatment done here around that time. Would definitely recommend this saloon.

I don't even want to give 1 star. I had a very bad experience on keratin treatment. Hair looked good after wash, but did not last as much as they promised even though after using the same shampoo and conditioner. Most heartbreaking thing is hair fall. I don't think this parlour is up to the mark.
