All brides must come here for their bridal outfits. I made an appointment for my friend yesterday and the entire experience was exceptional. They worked with her personally in creating a perfect look for her wedding day and took so much care in what she wanted. The staff are so well-rehearsed in the clothing and knowledgeable about what works best. I wasn’t even a bride and I felt like a princess in that store so I can only imagine how my friend felt. The clothing is beautiful and so unique. The whole appointment from start to finish was impeccable and I’m not even a bride but I want to buy something from them! Highly recommend!!

A beautiful store with so many gorgeous outfits to pick from. Besides that the staff at the store and the whole process of selecting an outfit was very easy and they mad eye feel veery comfortable. Staff were very patient and they accommodated to all our needs. Highly recommended!

Boat Song is one clothing brand I always admire. They really care about their customers precisely. The whole team is like a family, not only their clothes are dreamy but the people who are behind them are just so warm and helping that you just feel so satisfied. My wife had a really bad experience with this boutique shop. She decided to go with this shop during the pandemic period seeing the good reviews on internet. But personally she found the most unprofessional staff behaviour there. We wanted to get a dress tailored for our child's christening. But the dress turned out worst and they delayed the process to the extend that we had no clue what to be done for the event. The staff was very rude and was not supporting us during this situation. At the end we lost the money which we payed as advance and they were even asking to pay the rest of the money of the dress even though it was not wearable by us for any function.We had to hurry and make alternate arrangements by going all the way to Ernakulam at the last moment to buy another dress .

Collections Par Par excellent ,from basic designs to embroidery. Alterations services are also worth mentioning. Amazed by the quality delivery of this store in a small town like kottayam.

I had really worst experience from this shop...I doubt the 4.9 star review of this shop.. What I read in review was the best shop in Kottayam and the experience I had from this shop was really bad..they actually ruined my outfit, so badly that I don’t think I will wear it even once.staff is really rude, They just argue with you to prove that everything they did was perfect and if dress fits you or not they just don’t even bother.I went to this shop for first time,I had no idea this was gonna happen to me.worst stitching place in entire Kottayam.
