Terrible place to sell your car. In adv they says they will give you the best market price, but in reality the price they offer will be no where closer to the market price.and they says the price offered are depend on the car conditions when they evaluate. In my case my car had brand new 4 tyres which hardly ran for 500 km and said two of front tyres condition were very bad. Even a kid can look and say the tires were in pristine condition. Same way they degrade the cars condition saying unnecessary reasons amd give you the worst quote ever.

Went to car24 on 5th April 2021 hoping to get a good price. I had already seen many positive reviews by many people stating that they got a good offer at car24. So I thought I will get the best price in the market. So 1st thing they did was Car inspection. It took 30 min. Next was the bidding process which took 45 min. After the bidding they gave an offer of 3.56 lac . I was disappointed to hear that. Earlier I got 3.9lac offer from true value. I also told them that I am getting a better deal from true value and I expect a better deal from car24. But the sales person insisted that I will never get 3.9 lac offer anywhere in market and car24's Deal is the best deal. I told them I will look into it and went to my home. Also they told that the offer is valid for 1 Hr only. Next day they called me and offered me 3.8lac. I am wondering how they are able to offer a higher price 1 day after the bidding. If I had accepted car24's offer in would have to pay 5k for their fees. Anyway I sold the car to true value for 3.9 lac. So my advice is go to at least 3-4 vendors for a quote before going to car24. U may get a good offer but that is not guaranteed. They will try to rip u off.

The best option to sell your car with the best price in the used car market. Especially if you are having a car that is old more than 5 yrs , its here that you will get your best price. Cash will be transferred instantly. Just a matter of one day that you should spend in their office for the inspection and other procedures.

Worst experience.. i got the least price for selling my used car...although I booked an appintment, after reaching there they told i have to wait 2 more hours as other cars has to be evaluate.. then whats the point of an appointment... their website shows higher price and they offer half of that. Such a waste of time driving to that place.

If you prefer to sell your car, sell elsewhere or find a different platform. Our car got evaluated today by the gentleman at Cars24 and was quoted a price. With their price quoted, we might get higher if we scrap it. Notably, in their assessment report, they rated all the components of the car a 3 out of 5, when it was in its best condition considering the age of the car. This is the second bad experience with Cars24.
