Dance is therapy for me.otherwise I wouldn't jump at the opportunity I got during this covid season.My sister introduced me to Ms. Ansa Titus from Chalanam Academy in Kottayam, Kerala. Many of my family members joined to form a proper dance class. I joined from Dubai, some of us joined from Kerala, others joined from USA. It was like a family meet on zoom! And we were learning from a very dedicated and sincere Guru. She made the curriculum tailor made for us and pushed us to our limits. Within months of starting the zoom class, we have progressed immensely. Other than teaching on zoom, she would send us proper video recordings of what we learnt during the class. She makes the classes very interesting as well as challenging by teaching the steps/adavus as well as theory side by side. For me, it is a pleasure to be in Ms. Ansa's Bharatanatyam class.

A perfect place to lose weight and at the same time socialize! It's been an year, and the Zumba classes are absolutely amazing.. I've lost almost 10kgs and I'm looking forward to continue this stream. My coach has always been dedicated to build a mutual relationship, may it be a child or a senior..and this has encouraged us toa lot. I would truly recommend this institute - the best place to live your dream!

A perfect place to learn BHARATHANATYAM MARGAM i must say.Holistic atmosphere of the academy and dedicated gurus are an add ON to CHALANAM.a good place for students and ladies.easily accessible.syllabus based study and Examinations are conducted for students and a recreation place for the ladies who are searching to persue their passion. All programs conducted at chalanam academy are very well coordinated and proffesional,be it their dance,music ,Fitness classes, much appreciable.

Where else can you get such an amazing zumba instructor - who motivate you, energize you and inspires you. Instructor who laugh with you, who inspirationally (and literally) hold your hand when you are lost. Who can continually surprise (and confuse) with their creative routines. Instructors who can somehow push you to dance harder than you thought possible whilst still laughing and enjoying yourself. 3 months of Zumba routine and an easy diet I lost almost 6 kgs. Thanks to the one and only Ansa Titus.

No words to explain how chalanam has changed my life n happiness after joining zumba fitness sessions. Few pros are excellent privacy for women plus parking facility Awesomely brilliant energetic and dynamic trainer Ansa Last and not the least a group of batchmates who became friends in a short span of time with the same wavelength and frequency of different age groups I highly recommend chalanam for a change in our life away from busy schedule...

School of Martial art ,a wing of Chalanam cultural academy.Kalaripayattu classes of Sri KISHOR is the best in kottayam i would say. Self defence,flexibility,body conditioning .Good for students both boys and girls and they provide classes for adults as well.Gymnastics ,Acrobats,and chinese pole classes are also taken.
