കോട്ടയം മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിനു മുന്നിലെ ഡി ഡി ആർ സി യിൽ വെച്ചാണ് എനിക്ക് ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു അനുഭവം ഉണ്ടായത് ഇൻഷൂറൻസ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന എനിക്ക് ക്ലെയിം കിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് തെറ്റിദ്ധരിപ്പിച്ച് അവിടെ ഫ്രണ്ട് ഓഫീസിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന കണ്ണട വെച്ച ഒരു യുവതി 950 രൂപയുടെ ഒരു ബ്ലഡ് ടെസ്റ്റ് എന്നെക്കൊണ്ട് ചെയ്യിപ്പിച്ചു അതിനുശേഷമാണ് ഞാൻ അറിഞ്ഞത് ഇൻഷൂറൻസ് കിട്ടുമെന്ന് ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിലെ ഒരു ഫോം ഫില്ല് ചെയ്തിട്ട് അവിടെ കൊടുത്താൽ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് കിട്ടുമെന്ന് ഞാൻ പിന്നീട് അറിഞ്ഞു അത് ഞാൻ അവരോട് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവർ മോശമായാണ് പെരുമാറിയത്
