Not organized properly...asked to come before 3pm....but they made us to wait for more than an hour with our 4month old baby, eventhough no patient. No proper communication between the staff. Not following sterile procedure to prevent the chance of infection while doing MCU. Not a recommended place

I have taken appointment for ultrasound for today. In the last minute they have called me informing that my appointment is cancelled bcoz the doctor is busy with something. I have waited 3-4 days for the same and this is what happened. My appointment to see a doctor with the report is also a problem. I will not get an appointment for USG anywhere else in this last minute.
I went with my mother for MCUG. We Faced very horrible experience. My mother cried because of the staffs behavior.Very old equipments, very rude staffs.i wont recommend this clinc for any others.

Today I had visited Dr. Gigo’s Scan Clinic for doing MCU test for my 8 month old son. First of all booking time was not adhered which I can understand as there was rush in the clinic. Receptionist had given me a feel good experience but the gentleman in charge of the test was so arrogant and his behaviour was not pleasant for me. The lady who assisted him behaved very well. Finally the cost of the test was Rs. 2800/- but for which no invoice was issued which is a serious concern.
1. Have to consider electronic payments 2 . Token system to introduce 3. Appointments to be at least 1 hour accurate 4. Waiting time should not exceed 3 hours after taking appointments. 5. Open communication mechanism to be implemented to let people know unavailability or extended waiting time after appointment by phone. 6. Proper time slot to be provided for each appointments, that can be achieved. 7. New technology to be implemented. 8. Online facilities and digital options to be explored. 9. Enough quantity of quality drinking water to be available in the premises along with disposable glasses. 10. Technician IN and OUT time along with name to be displayed. 11. List of quality certifications for the clinic to be displayed and made available for everyone. 12. Complaint and log book register to be maintained and also available through website. 13. Electronic payment receipt to be logged and issued through register, latest accounting best practices to be considered.
Go only if it's the only option!!! The staff here is the greatest curse!! The most arrogant ones ... There is no point in taking appointments... The endless waiting time is such a pain . I have been here twice as doctor from Matha hospital refers to here. Finally I changed hospital itself because they are referring here. Now shifted to a nearby hospital only because of bad experience at Gigo scans. They don't even show the courtesy to let you atleast know how many hours you need to wait. If we ask them, they ll shout at in you infront of everyone and make you embarassed..
